Here’s What a Photo Pro Brings in His Backpack

You may not succumb to the call for the latest mirrorless body or expensive lens for your vintage camera, but many peopleoften buy products they don’t need, wallet be damned. I suffer from a case ofgadget lustmyself, leading me to acquire lenses useful for situations I rarely ever encounter (my recently acquired Nikon macro lens now rests in a desk drawer, unused).

Perhaps that’s why I envy photographerFloyd Dean, who shoots with an array of top of the line gear every day. His setup contains everything he needs to create great images in a variety of situations, whether on location or in a studio. It’s chockablock with lenses, cameras, and accessories to keep him snapping pictures until he’s satisfied.
